Gary Williams - Madison & Three Lakes, WI
Gary Williams is the eldest of Cy and Vada Williams' twelve grandchildren. His formative years were marked by a close relationship with his grandparents, who instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep sense of purpose. During three summers, he lived with them and worked as a laborer/gofer on the crews for Cy's design and construction company, earning money to fund his college education.
Williams carried the lessons he learned from his grandparents throughout his distinguished career. He is a seasoned and multifaceted leader with a wealth of experience in the private, non-profit, and government sectors. His rare blend of experiences encompasses CEO roles in complex association and corporate settings, as well as executive positions in franchise relations, medical insurance, property and casualty insurance, and technical secondary and higher education.
Williams' creativity and insights have led to the formation of new organizations, the restructuring of others, and numerous accolades for his contributions to these fields. He is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and served as the president of the Wisconsin Automobile and Truck Dealers Association for 36 years.
Throughout his career, Williams has maintained a close connection to his family and the communities that have shaped his life. He is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and he remains committed to giving back to others.
